The Importance of Expressing GRATITUDE Everyday

Simply put, gratitude or thankfulness is the practice of saying Thank You! Gratitude is the expression of enthusiasm. Give thanks to everybody for everything. Remember gratitude ranks high on the list of the seven most important positive emotions. Being grateful for what you already have is the sure way of getting more. Remember the creative process: Ask – Believe – Receive!

There are two things to emphasize here. First, you must always “pray” - ask for something or visualize your desire – with the assurance that it has already been granted. Give thanks to the Infinite Intelligence for having accepted your prayer already. As a matter of fact, your prayers are always. The problem often is a confusion about what you pray for. Second, whenever you receive a favor from someone, always make sure you express your profound gratitude. It does not matter how little or big of a favor. It does not matter either if your benefactor is a close parent or a complete stranger. Always say Thank You! Gratitude unlocks the door to opportunities, while the lack of it locks those doors tightly. Gratitude also keeps negative emotions away from you, allowing you to vibrate high and get what you desire faster. Develop the habit of writing thank you notes, thank you emails, or thank you texts, if you do not have a chance to do it orally. Be grateful about your current situation, be it the support of your family, your health, your financial and social status, etc.

Gratitude breeds hope and faith and inspires action. Gratitude is a form of praise. Just like water expands when heated but contracts when frozen, whatever (including people) you praise expands. Praise is not intended for flattering the Infinite Intelligence. Praise raises the vibration of the operator (you), hence takes you closer to the things and conditions you seek. Recall the great Law of Vibration! So, can you write a list of seven things you are grateful for in your life?
